Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Defective items are covered under our quality guarantee.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, including all tags and manuals.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
